1. a PhD majored in one of the subjects including physics, computational science and material science.
2. a specialist in any of the following fields including Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE), Scan Tunneling Microscopy (STM), Angle Resolved Photon Spectroscopy (ARPES) and Low Temperature Quantum Transport.
